About the webinar

In 2020 when most hotels and restaurants were shut down or had capacity restrictions, Mission Linen - a company that’s been supplying uniforms, disposable food service products and textiles to the hospitality industry for 90 years - anticipated their customers’ needs and made a strategic decision to move their services online.

To be successful in their digital transformation while maintaining high-quality service and customer loyalty, Mission Linen relied on headless commerce technology from commercetools. The outcome? Expanded product lines and even higher service through their D2C and B2C channels, resulting in an overall increase in sales.

This webinar was recorded on April 13, 2021. Mission Linen’s CIO Dave Pattison spoke with Matt Alberts of commercetools on how the ability to adapt quickly in the face of unprecedented market changes is the key differentiator between businesses that grew during the pandemic and those that shrunk. We’re talking Modern Commerce Architecture™ with a unique business that’s clinging to their high-service tradition while embracing digital transformation.
