About the webinar

When it comes to implementing new enterprise software solutions, it’s often the PMO and highly skilled Project Managers that compose symphonies from complexity. As more and more enterprises are undertaking a migration from legacy ecommerce platforms to a modern, cloud-based architecture, they want to get the inside story on everything from methodology to organizational issues to choosing the right Project Manager. We asked a panel of certified PMs who’ve helped Fortune500 enterprises with their migrations to share their experiences and best practices for a smooth ecommerce migration.

In this 60-minute roundtable discussion, you will gain insight into what it really takes to have a successful implementation, how to spot red flags, and how to avoid pitfalls. You’ll come away with the confidence to kickstart an agile approach to migration from recognized industry professionals who have actually done so.
