We invite you to join us in a candid discussion assessing just how far Australian retailers have gone in the pursuit of heightened customer loyalty. As we move into 2021, retaining loyal customers will require an innovative approach.

During the discussion, we'll be placing the spotlight on the current transformational strategies which are forging new levels of loyalty and how these can be applied. We'll also be taking live questions to ensure a clear view of the critical next steps to how impactful loyalty can be achieved for Australian retailers.

To kick off the discussion we have asked Yann Souilliart – former Head of Engineering at Qantas – and Joshua Emblin – Territory Sales Manager, APAC at commercetools – to share their insights.

We encourage you to join in on the webinar hosted by Nora Networks and assess where you sit on the loyalty scale - is it time for transformation?
